A New Way partners with “Insight High-School Ministries” to employ youth workers in local high schools on the Central Coast.
A New Way manages the staff and day-to-day operations within the schools, while Insight Ministries provides funding and accountability. Insight Ministries is a well-known organisation that has served local schools in the Gosford region for 25 years, and we are proud to continue its legacy.

Our Christian workers are motivated by the light and love of Jesus, which guides all their actions within the school. This includes providing crucial welfare support, chaplaincy, and SRE services. All our services are offered without discrimination or proselytisation.
Our Schools Workers
Ellie works at Henry Kendall High School in the welfare department, where she has quickly become a favourite to many students. She is involved in providing crucial welfare support, and engages students in cooking groups and leadership programs. Ellie also helps with Christian voluntary student activities.
Dylan works at Lisarow High School and is part of the welfare team. As the only male member of the welfare team, we are providing an important service to the School as he mentors and care for male students. Dylan is the perfect chaplaincy presence and also runs a free breakfast program and a Christian lunchtime group.
Kerry works at Narara Valley High School and the welfare department see her as an incredible asset. Kerry has worked at Narara on and off for over 20 years, and deeply understands the culture and specific needs of the School. Apart from welfare support, she is also running SRE for year 8 students.
